Our policy is for store credit only. Store credit works just like cash and never expires.
Items are eligible for return if:
All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have original tags still attached.
All items are shipped back or returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
All items are free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other stains.
Sale and clearance merchandise are a FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to exchange the item for a new one, if still in stock.
Please email simplycherylboutique@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process. If we do not currently have the item in stock, we will offer store credit in return. All of our return policy requirements apply to exchanges as well.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping for returns for store credit and exchanges.
If the item is marked "sale" or "Clearance," it does not qualify for a return or exchange and cannot be returnedfor store credit or exchanged.
